  • Bayside Ladies Kickboxing (BLK) in conjunction with Nutaofit Martial Arts Academy (NMAA) are fully certified by the Academy. Each instructor has a range of skills and capabilities and its this diversity of capability and knowledge that makes us unique in the industry. We offer to our clients a range of services and styles from Kickboxing, Boxing, Cardio exercises, Personal Training, Taichi, Yoga and Self Defence, depending on your needs.

    Each instructor has the ability to teach one or more of these services and styles to students, with a range of experience levels. If you require anything specific to meet your needs please speak to the instructor personally.

    Paul Mracek

    • Certificate 3 First Aid

    Paul has over 20 years experience in teaching, instructing and coaching across a range of styles and disciplines as a 8th Dan Black Belt. He is also a qualified Bowen Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, NLP-Hypnotherapy-Timeline Trainer in addition to multiple black belt levels in various styles.

    Erhard Wiedemann

    Erhard has over 20 years experience in teaching, instructing in kickboxing, Martial Arts and Security as a 5th Degree Black Belt in Martial Arts. Erhard has been contracting and running his own training business for many yeas in general fitness and self defence.

    Peter Haynes

    Peter has over 10 years experience in Kickboxing as a Black Sash (Black Belt), Martial Arts as a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo and Taekwwonjitsu, as well as assisting with instructing and coaching. Peter has been running his own personal training sessions for a number of years for general fitness, boxing, kickboxing and self defence.
