concept
the project site locates in the eastern side of songshan lake,dongguan city. the goal of project is to build an ecological and low density hi-tec industrial park by integrating the natural resource including the waterfront green area and water body. the major design concept is to create different building clusters which are spatially connected to an landscape and open space system to be an systematic and ecological industry park.the concept of the architecture design is to create the multi level green roofs. the different levels of the green roof not only provide valuable outdoor space for seeing the lake view but also create an interesting green skyline for urban.
